Some People Want To See, Then Choose
Our staff not only posts the menu every day, they also offer samples for Resident Joy (and all our residents) to view before they sit down to dine.

Mealtimes are important events in the typical Seasons day. For our residents, it is a chance to enjoy a variety of tasty foods and satisfy their appetite.
These gatherings also provide opportunities to converse and mingle with friends and family. For residents who are not very social, they still benefit from being amid the chatter and camaraderie. The meals also provide comfort to those who desire consistency in their daily routine.
Mealtimes are very active for our staff members. Of course, there is the preparation, the serving and the clean up. However, there is a lot more going on while our residents are pleasing their palates, often with foods and recipes that reflect the era they grew up in.
By being so diligent during mealtimes, we feel we make the dining process more productive, more rewarding, more social and more enjoyable.

Chef Mario, Chef Simon and the whole dining staff take pride in offering a variety of cuisines. One day they may whip up a mouth-watering Italian lasagna. The next day they may return to an American menu and prepare juicy steaks. Our residents love Mexican food, so tacos or enchiladas may be on the menu.
At lunch and dinner there we offer three options. There is always some type of large salad to choose as a main course (chef, asian, cobb, shrimp, salmon, etc). There is also always a chicken entrée (because it is very popular we keep it as a staple food item at each course). The third entree changes with each meal and can range from sirloin, salmon, tri-tip, lasagna, Swedish meatballs, or even liver and onions.

typical week. The print will appear very small
at first, so you will have to 'zoom' in.
